Im Koalitionsvertrag der großen Koalition aus CDU, CSU und SPD finden sich zahlreiche interessante Projekte zum Europäischen Unternehmensrecht (vgl. S. 55, 131):
- Sitzverlegungsrichtlinie
- Wiederbelebung des Projekts einer Europäischen Privatgesellschaft (Societas Privata Europaea – SPE)
- Online-Registrierung von Gesellschaften
- Verwirklichung eines deutsch-französischen Wirtschaftsraums mit einheitlichen Regelungen vor allem im Bereich des Unternehmens- und Konkursrechts und deutsch-französische Kooperation mit dem Ziel einer entsprechenden Harmonisierung der Regelungen zur Vollendung des EU-Binnenmarkts
The coalition agreement of the new German government coalition consisting of CDU, CSU and SPD contains a number of interesting projects in the area of EU company law (cf. p. 55, 131):
- directive on the transfer of seat
- revival of the project of a European Private Company (Societas Privata Europaea – SPE)
- online registration of companies
- realisation of a German-French economic area with common rules especially in the field of company and insolvency law and harmonization of company and German-French cooperation with the goal of a corresponding harmonisation of the rules for the purpose of completing the EU common market
