Die verabschiedete Fassung entspricht dem RegE (dazu bereits ECCL-Blog v. 11.10.2018; zum RefE: ECCL-Blog v. 5.9.2018).

The fourth law to amend the Umwandlungsgesetz (Transformation Act), which was adopted on 19 Dec. 2018 has been published in the BGBl. (official
gazette) on 31 Dec. 2018 and entered into force on 1 Jan. 2019.
The final version corresponds with the government draft (see on this already ECCL-Blog of 11 Oct. 2018; see on the ministerial draft ECCL-Blog of 5 Sept. 2018).
